What We Offer

Our service package comes with two pre-ceremony personal meetings. One being a month in advance; where we can go over details and discuss the general duties that I will be attending to on the day of your wedding and our second face-to-face meeting will be one week before the big day so that we can finalize everything from my schedule to individualized bridal party schedules, to even transportation needs ​throughout the day.
We require our attendance at the rehearsal and rehearsal dinner. This is for the purpose of not only being as prepared as possible but also allows us to meet all the wonderful people that you deemed important enough in your life to be beside you throughout this momentous occasion. I want everyone to know who I am and why I am here before the wedding begins; this makes the operations of your wedding day run ever more smoothly. 

The Complete Package

What we offer is the complete and full wedding day, Day-Of Coordinator experience.
From the moment the venue opens we are there and ready to get to work
and we are the last ones out at the end of the night.
Every Your Day experience is tailored to fit each unique situation for each of our Brides.
Below we have listed just the beginning of the services that we provide to make sure that
​your most important day is exactly the way you dreamed it would! 
Assistant Services
  • You get TWO on-site coordinators
  • ​You get two personal meetings before the big day (one month out, one week out).
  • You get personal communication with our Lead Coordinator from the date of booking until the date of the wedding.
  • You get a day of timeline template and assistance for the bridal party and family.
  • We offer rehearsal guidance.
  • We assist Bride, Groom and Wedding Party to stay on time.
  • We act as the liaison between the Wedding Party and vendors.
  • We oversee ceremony.
  • We assist with flow of guests throughout the day (from start of ceremony to cocktail hour to reception).
  • We serve as the point person for all of your vendors.​
  • We ensure that gifts and decorations are collected and safely placed with person of your choosing at the end of the night.
  •  We keep track of marriage license, ketubah, ritual items, rings, vendor payments, etc.
  • We ensure that all wedding party personal items are collected safely at the end of the night.
  • We offer our assistance with bridal party transportation.
Decor Services
  • We offer transportation of any decorations that you are able to pass along to us.
  • We decorate your ceremony space including alter set up, aisle decor, and ceremony entrance decor.
  • We arrange all centerpieces on and around the head table and guest tables.
  • We set up and decorate all specialty tables such as: guest book table, dessert table, escort/placement cards, gift table, and welcome space.​​
  • We ensure that all decorations collected and placed into the care of your designated person.

Transparency is very important to us, and we know that budget is the biggest factor that each
couple needs to consider when hiring a Day-Of Coordinator,
so for all the items listed above and typically anywhere between 12-16 hours of service is
​$2500.

Please know that while this list is fairly comprehensive,
we will take the time to make sure that your needs are met,
to your personal specifications as we get to know each of our couples!

*Extra expenses such as mileage and overnight stay (if venue is more than an hour away from either
the Twin Cities-MN or St. Louis-MO) and parking,
are expected to be covered by the bridal couple.
These items are not included in our Complete Package pricing and will be discussed with each couple as the need arises.
